Nip Carefully trim dead skin or cut hangnails by placing the Cuticle Nippers slightly above where the hangnail connects to your skin, and cautiously make a single nip. 4. Clip Position the Nail Clipper slightly above the nail’s edge and press down to clip. Repeat for a neat trim, avoiding cutting too close to the skin. 5.
